1. Order Processing Time All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 02:00 PM IST will be processed on the same day.
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp to monitor your delivery status.

2. Shipping Partners We use trusted courier partners such as India Post, DTDC, Bluedart, and Professional Couriers to ensure timely delivery across India.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Kerala & South India: 2–5 business days
• Rest of India: 4–8 business days
• Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions or courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the delivery location.

• Standard Shipping: Charges start from ₹50. The final amount will be clearly displayed before you make the payment.
  
  Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping on specific products or order values above a certain amount.

5. Order Tracking Once dispatched, your shipment tracking link will be sent via SMS, email, or WhatsApp. You can also track your order directly on our website or the courier partner’s tracking page.

6. Delayed or Missing Shipments If your order is delayed or not received within the expected time: Please contact our support team at info@carewaytech.com or +91-9895928776 with your order ID. We will coordinate with our logistics partners and provide a resolution at the earliest.

7. International Shipping Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders are delivered only within India.
